Generating Multiple Parcel Reports

Challenge

You prefer to use the mapcheck anaylsis inside of the parcel properties dialog box, but don’t want to copy and paste this information from Civil 3D, for each parcel, one at a time.

Solution

In the Prospector tab, expand Sites and the site name, and select Parcels. Then look down to the vista, or item view, which is below the tree structure. In this vista, select all of the parcels which you wish to report on. With those parcels selected (use CTRL or SHFT keys to help you select the parcels), right-click and choose Export Analysis.

This opens up a dialog box in which you can choose to export the analysis to an external file. Secondly, you have a choice as to the type of analysis you want to do -- these are the same choices and results as you get by going to a parcel’s properties.
