Request to receive a copy of your Autodesk Media in a box shipment.

Challenge
I want to request DVD media for my Autodesk software that is under subscription.

1. Logo onto the subscription site. (http://subscription.autodesk.com/)

2. On the homepage select on the Downloads link.

• On the left hand side select Request a DVD/CD.

• The DVD/CD Request page will open.  On this page go to the product that you want to request the media for and select the Quantity and then select Save Quantity.  If you have more than one product you are making this request on repeat the previous steps.  Once you are finished select Continue.

• Select the Reason why you are requesting the media and select Save Reason.

• Verify the shipping address and select Continue.

• Review your information and Submit your Request.
