Request to receive a copy of your Autodesk Media in a box shipment.

Challenge
I want to request DVD media for my Autodesk software that is under subscription.

Solution

The subscription contract manager or software coordinator needs to do the following steps.

Logo onto the subscription site. (http://subscription.autodesk.com/)
On the homepage on the left hand side select on the Downloads link and then select Download your Product Software

On the left hand side under Related Information select Request Media for...
The Request Media for page will open. On this page go to the product that you want to request the media for and select the Quantity and then select Save Quantity. If you have more than one product you are making this request on repeat the previous steps. Once you are finished select Continue.
Verify the shipping address and select Continue
Select the Reason why you are requesting the media and select Save Reason..
Review your information and Submit your Request.
