KETIV Training Cancellation Policy

1. If written notice is received at least fourteen (14) calendar days in advance of a class, the customer is entitled to a refund.

2. It written notice is received at least seven (7) calendar days in advance of the class, the customer is entitled to a one-time full class 
    credit that must be used for another class offered by KETIV within three (3) months of the date of the original class.

3. Customer is entitled to a 50% class credit if less than seven (7) calendar days advance written notice is given.

4. All cancellation notices should be sent via email to training@ketiv.com

5. Training must be completed within twelve (12) months of placing an order. After this period neither refunds nor credits will apply.

6. If KETIV cancels a class, the customer is entitled to a full refund or may apply the full credit for fees paid toward a future class.

7. This policy applies to in-person and on-line/virtual KETIV training.
