Digitalization has changed our behaviors and expectations on service. As private consumers we are impatient and spoiled with multichannel options and beautiful visualizations of products we consider, and sometimes configure, to buy. Delivering a flawless customer experience is key for survival in many industries, that goes also for manufacturing.

We have heard it before, B2B buyers are also private B2C consumers and the lines between what customers expect from their private and professional lives are blurred. The 3D visualization in B2B might have been a novelty that turned into standard, so what is next? If Metaverse really happens, one can ask what the new normal will be and when.

These are some questions that will be covered during Tacton Summit in October. But we will also talk about how we already now can meet the buyers ask for a frictionless interaction in mixed channels, which gives the customer access to product catalogues, visualization of a configured product and access to the quote on demand.

The Tacton Summit is divided in two days, 18th and 20th Oct. The first day we will focus more on the trends and what to be prepared for. The second day is more hands on and we will listen to AlfaLaval and Tetra Pak who share their experiences.
