If you’ve ever wished your drawings could help build themselves, this session is your on-ramp. We’ll walk through the fundamentals of automating drawings with the Inventor API, starting with how to approach development in iLogic and showing how we go into Visual Studio to develop a full add-in. From there, we’ll show how to programmatically place views, generate tables, drop in Sketch Symbols, and control the layout, so your drawings come out clean and consistent every time.

You’ll see the building blocks behind smarter, faster, repeatable drawings—and get a clear path for scaling from simple rules to more advanced automation across your product lines.
