Each participant’s opinion within a forum or chat room is his or her own and does not reflect the opinion of KETIV. We display testimonials, with advanced permission, of customers on our site in addition to other endorsements. Such testimonials may include personal quotes along with the person’s name. Should a data breach occur, how will KETIV respond?
Within seventy-two (72) hours of becoming aware of a data breach, notify users via email. As soon as possible, the creation of web notice, web tools, links and proposed corrective actions, if available. Companies must report breaches to national Data Protection Authorities (DPA) within 72 hours of first having become aware of the breach where feasible.
