Support Specialist – Vault and Inventor

A KETIV Support Specialist provides high-quality technical support and service delivery for software solutions used by our manufacturing customers. These solutions support the full product lifecycle. From sales and R&D to design, testing, production, and manufacturing. Our focus includes CPQ, mechanical design, automation, simulation, and data management.
This role has a strong focus on Vault and CAD support (Vault, Inventor, AutoCAD) and includes both reactive support and proactive service delivery such as onboarding, health checks, and upgrades. The primary goal is to build and maintain strong relationships with KETIV’s most valuable asset: our customers.
The ideal candidate will be confident in their ability to adapt to the latest innovations in technology. They will be resourceful, authentic, and optimistic when sharing knowledge and take accountability for the services they provide. This position requires a hunger for knowledge, a genuine curiosity for how things work and excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Customer Support & Troubleshooting
- Provide technical support to customers using Vault, Inventor, and AutoCAD
- Remotely troubleshoot issues related to design and documentation, installation, licensing, and software performance and stability
- Verify, document, and track reported software issues, and recommend alternative workflows when appropriate
- Identify opportunities and challenges for our customers
- Vault / Data Management Services - Schedule and deliver Vault-related services, including:
- New customer onboarding
- Specification verification
- Vault health checks Vault upgrades
- Post-migration support
- Accurate reporting and documentation of delivered services
- Knowledge & Enablement
- Maintain current knowledge of KETIV’s product offerings to best serve customers
- Create written documentation and instructional videos to support customers and internal teams
- Collaboration & Travel
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure successful customer outcomes
- Travel as needed for customer meetings and onsite engagements
Qualifications
- Vault Professional experience (user-level proficiency acceptable)
- Experience with Autodesk Inventor or similar 3D modeling software
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-resolution skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a patient, professional attitude
