KETIV Training Cancellation and Change Policy

  1. All training cancellations and change requests must be made in writing to support@ketiv.com
    • If received at least fourteen (14) calendar days in advance of the start of your scheduled class, you will receive a full refund
    • If received at least seven (7) calendar days in advance of the start of your scheduled class, you will receive full credit for the next scheduled class on that subject, space permitting
    • If received less than seven (7) days in advance of your scheduled class, you will receive a 50% credit for the next scheduled class on that subject, space permitting
  2. Training must be completed within twelve (12) months of placing an order, after which any refund or credit will be forfeited.
  3. If KETIV cancels a class, you are entitled to a full refund or full class credit valid for twelve (12) months from the originally scheduled start date of the cancelled class.
  4. This policy applies to both in-person and on-line training.
