From Setup to G-Code in Inventor CAM

In this session we walk through taking a completed part in Inventor and applying toolpaths to it using the Inventor CAM Add-In. This session will be a great introductory course for all users who want to learn the basics of taking a fully designed part and applying tool pathing to it. We cover:

• Setting up you part with the correct WCS 

• Setting up your tools correctly 

• Applying 2D and possibly 3D toolpath strategies 

• Posting out your program with a selected post processor
