Unexpected Autodesk Outage

Expecting a quiet pre-Thanksgiving catch up day, we started out with a barrage of support calls related to users not able to access their licenses and their Autodesk Account Portals.

Earlier today Amazon Web Services (AWS) experienced an outage in one of their data centers affecting several customers including Autodesk.

Autodesk quickly got everyone back online.

3 Day Trial

As a work around, some folks may still be showing 3 day trial in their licensing portal. We are assured that this will also be resolved shortly.

If you would like more information about the status of both AWS and Autodesk you can check here for updates.

With all that has happened this year, people seem to be more resilient and patient and for this we thank you.

From all of us to all of you

Happy Thanksgiving!
