Kanwar Anand

Our president and CEO radiates a passion for customer care that is reflected, not only in policy and procedures, but in the day to day approach to fulfilling our quality promise to clients. Kanwar is an engineer first, with degrees in mechanical engineering and a firm appreciation of the profession's joys and challenges. And he is an award winning businessman, noted repeatedly by Autodesk for excellence and service to clients.

Coming up through the ranks, first as an applications engineer, Kanwar's technical expertise allowed him to recommend just the right solution to our clients. It also ensured customer satisfaction because his after-purchase involvement helped clients get the most from the technology.

Widely regarded very knowledgeable in Autodesk software and solutions, Kanwar is consulted by product committees to strengthen the alignment between Autodesk and KETIV to meet customer requirements and match solutions to needs. He is a founding member of the Southern California Autodesk® Inventor® User Group.

Anthony Rodriguez

Anthony’s relationship with KETIV began as a customer. As a product manager in the telecommunications industry he was responsible for managing development cycles for his employer. He is an authorized ISO 9000 auditor, and understands how information must flow in an organization for successful product development.

"Our mission is to help our engineering and manufacturing clients manage and transform their businesses through the use of our software solutions and services."

Anthony joined KETIV as an Application Engineer in 2000 and his genuine interest in solving customer problems has earned him respect and loyalty in the community. He has received awards such as the Autodesk Applications Engineer of the Year, and has been a regular presenter at Autodesk University since 2005. As co-owner and VP, Anthony is responsible for sales and business development at KETIV. He inspires his team to put customer satisfaction at the head of the table. He draws on his own experience as a customer and an application engineer to do this successfully.

Anthony has been published in industry trade magazines, and is a founding member and regular presenter at Southern California Autodesk® Inventor® User Group.

Javier Chavez

Admired for his patience and knowledge of products and processes, Javier has trained KETIV customers on AutoCAD and Inventor for more than four years. A Certified Inventor Expert, Javier was responsible for the integration of 2D and 3D CAD with MRP software for the leading manufacturer of recreational vehicles in the Inland Empire before joining us.

Jonathan Christie

Jonathan combines his knowledge of the industry with software expertise when teaching and supporting his customers. Jonathan has a BS in Civil Engineering from Lafayette College in Easton, PA. After graduation, he worked as a highway design engineer at an engineering firm in New Jersey.

Mike Carlson

Mike applies best practices and standards to Vault implementations for customers throughout CA, AZ, and NV. A frequent instructor at Autodesk University, before joining KETIV, Mike managed the implementation of Documentum in a multi-CAD environment for a major medical device manufacturer in Orange County.

Jonathan Landeros

Jonathan has over ten years experience in sheet metal design, data management, and CAM. He worked as a design engineer before joining the Autodesk reseller channel as an application engineer. He also has certifications from Autodesk as a Manufacturing Implementation Certified Expert and is recognized as a Data Management Implementation Certified Expert. Jonathan earned his BS in Mechanical Engineering from Cal State Fullerton.

Nicole Morris

Nicole is a nationally recognized AutoCAD Electrical and AutoCAD P&ID expert. An instructor at Autodesk University, she’s trained hundreds of users throughout the US. Her students consistently give her high ratings for knowledge and her helpful attitude.

Rick Renda

Rick has a keen interest in business processes and enthusiastically shares best practices with his customers. His passion is to help clients apply Autodesk software and KETIV support and services to your mechanical design and engineering needs. He draws upon 35 years of industry experience and is well versed in many manufacturing design software packages including Autodesk, SolidWorks, and Solid Edge.

Jorge Fernandez

With a BS in Manufacturing Engineering from Cal Poly Pomona and several years experience as an Application Engineer in the Autodesk reseller channel, Jorge provides technical support, training, and consulting for clients.

Mike Prom

Mike’s passion for leading edge design technology makes him a top consultant for clients who want the most from our solutions. On the faculty for Autodesk University and experienced in many CAD platforms, his insights help businesses move beyond their competition. An Autodesk Application Engineer for more than 4 years, Mike holds certifications in all core manufacturing programs. Mike’s engineering degree is from North Dakota State University.

Scott Oshita

With over 100 movie and television titles, Scott has more than 20 years as a designer for the film, TV, and entertainment industry. He joined the Autodesk family with Inventor R1, providing training and support. He’s authored custom training curriculums for Headlight.com, Quarkis.com, and Autodesk Asia. Over the past 10 years Scott has trained more than 2,000 students in Autodesk Inventor.

Jason Swindle

Jason is a successful consultant mechanical engineer providing services for design, analysis, and data management. He is an Inventor Certified Expert, Autodesk Manufacturing Implementation Certified Expert, and an Autodesk Data Management Implementation Certified Expert. Jason is a California certified professional engineer with a BSE in Mechanical Engineering, graduating Magna Cum Laude.

Mike Simms

Mike combines comprehensive knowledge of mechanical engineering with a passion for sustainable design. As the former owner of a precision fabrication company, Simms’ more than twenty years experience lets him understand the business challenges designers face. An advocate of Lean Methodologies, Mike is a leading member of the San Fernando chapter of APICS, The Association for Operations Management.

Terry Andereck

For companies such as IBM, MCI, Rockwell International, and CH2M HILL Terry held senior positions in sales, customer service, and marketing. More than 30 years experience in high tech business development brings a deep appreciation of business needs. Terry prescribes applications that maximize return on investment in new technology. Terry earned a B.A. in economics from Claremont McKenna College and lives in Irvine. He has two grown children and enjoys photography, cycling, and travel in his spare time.

Richard Ramos

Based inFontana, Richard manages the Inland Empire business. He has over five years of experience working as a design engineer for a custom masking and finishing product manufacturer. He combines his familiarity with Autodesk products and engineering processes with a genuine interest in his customers’ businesses to ensure their success.

Terry Hurley

Serving the manufacturing industry for more than 25 years in sales and account management for a number of organizations, Terry has been responsible for clients using CAE/CAD, manufacturing, technical information management, EDA, and Finite Element Analysis software solutions. Terry has a B.S. in Business from North Adams State College in North Adams, MA.

Pete Ephland

Pete is an industrial designer and has worked as a software sales manager since 1998. He was a toy designer for powerhouse companies including Playschool, Coleco, Tonka, and Soft Play. With a degree in Industrial Design from the University of Illinois at Chicago, Pete is a member of IDSA, the Industrial Designer Society of America. Based in Phoenix, Pete serves customers in Arizona and Nevada.

Ray Fagan

Ray Fagan works from Portland, Oregon to serve clients in the growing MCAD industry of the Pacific Northwest. For more than 25 years he’s consulted with engineers and designers selling Intergraph, SolidWorks and in the last nine years, Autodesk solutions. Working closely with Inventor users in Oregon to establish three user groups, Ray also has developed several Autodesk Mechanical Reference accounts such as Nike, Intel, Boeing, and Allied Systems.

Marc Brodnansky

Marc began his career in high technology with manufacturing operations involving complex electromechanical instrumentation and systems. Managerial roles in production, engineering, and quality assurance have led Marc most recently to focus on software solutions in Electronic Design Automation (EDA) spanning CAD tools, intellectual property, and embedded software for the electronic design community in multiple market segments. Marc has undergraduate degrees in electronic technology and business and an MBA.

Ron Hargis

Ron is a client advocate, promoting business effectiveness (growth) and efficiency (cost containment) by applying his knowledge of technology integration. Through Business Process Management (BPM) Ron helps clients define the right solutions. Ron has been recognized for his results in bringing 3D CAD software solutions to engineering clients throughout Washington. From the University of California–Irvine Ron earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Social-Ecology/Pre-Law.

Dixie Roberts

Dixie focuses on the client’s objectives through active listening and applies her impressive business background to provide targeted solutions. Recognized as a Top Performer more than once, her strong understanding of internal business operations, company policies and procedures, and program development benefits her clients. Among many other credentials, Dixie holds the CDIA+ Certification from Microsoft.

Janeen Henry

Janeen is a business improvement consultant. Her experience leading regional operations has shaped her conviction that customer satisfaction is best achieved by knowing well her clients and their businesses. In a number of vertical industries, her ability to apply software solutions to meet needs has helped clients increase marketshare and profit. After attending UC Santa Barbara, with extended coursework at UCLA, Janeen held key positions in prominent corporations that benefited from her notable consultative selling skills.

Debbie Mouradian

Debbie Mouradian is the Account Manager for our Los Angeles and San Fernando Valley regions. Debbie brings extensive experience and impressive credentials gained over two decades serving the industry.

Derek Ridenour

An effective leader with global experience at Mentor Graphics among other firms, Derek heads account management in our Pacific Northwest region based in Portland. A graduate of George Fox University and currently an advisory board member for their MBA Program, Derek is active in a number of local organizations. Derek enjoys developing long-term relationships that create sustainable results for his clients.

Anita Gibson

Anita is the Area Sales Manager for our NorCal region based in San Jose. Anita most recently served as Account Manager at Mentor Graphics Corp. She has held a variety of roles at both large companies and start-ups, including Trac-One, Fairchild Semiconductor, and IKOS Systems Inc., Mitsubishi Electronics America, Hyundai Electronics, and VLSI Technology (acquired by Philips Semiconductor). She brings over 20 years of Sales and Marketing experience in the high-technology market with expertise in new product introduction, strategic vendor partnerships, distributor management, program management and customer service.

Gina Heaverlo

Gina has been a member of KETIV’s team for over 15 years. She makes sure that our customers’ purchasing experience is smooth and that products are delivered and billed accurately and in a timely manner.

Kathy Ortega

Kathy provides internal support to our sales team, and to our customers. Her familiarity with Autodesk systems, including subscription and upgrade/crossgrade procedures is valuable to our customers. She is cheerful and friendly, and appreciates the opportunity to help.

Erin Gavlick

Erin has a BS in Computer Engineering and provides IT support internally and to our customers. She is experienced and knowledgeable in topics such as network deployment, license authorization, and other installation and configuration issues. She also advises our customers on hardware for optimal performance and stability.

Ken Paul

Ken Paul, Founder of KETIV, is responsible for managing KETIV’s Customer Relationship Management system. In this role, he identifies and implements technical tools to automate processes to improve customer experience, and KETIV's efficiency.
