Snigdha serves as the Simulation Practice Lead and is a certified Ansys Application Engineer, specializing in Fluids and Multiphysics simulations. She holds a Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering with a focus on Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD). Her expertise encompasses various areas, including heat transfer, multiphase flows, discrete phase flows, FSI, battery modeling, and combustion. With extensive experience in the automotive industry, Snigdha possesses an in-depth understanding of how to harness the power of simulation for improving product performance, reducing costs, and minimizing time-to-market. Snigdha specializes in supporting and training customers in CFD and Design Optimization tools such as Ansys Fluent, Discovery, CFX, Polyflow, Chemkin, Workbench, Ansys Rocky, and Autodesk CFD.

Jason is an Application Engineer on the Data Management team at KETIV. Previously with Autodesk, Jason has vast knowledge of data management workflows and a master-level understanding of Vault Professional.

Graham Stevens is a certified ANSYS Application Engineer (AE) and has been designing new products for over 25 years.  His focus is on bringing products from the laboratory into production and cost reduction, and serves as a simulation AE for low frequency and high frequency electronics, electronics cooling and reliability, optics, optimization, and multi-physics.  He has a B.S. in Physics, and a Masters in Manufacturing Engineering

Addam Boord is an Application Engineer, Managed Services on the Customer Success team, he has over 25 years experience in manufacturing and mechanical design with an additional 15+ years’ experience in desktop and web development.

Tiffany Hayden is a passionate developer on the Data Management team at KETIV and specializes in CAD Automation. With over 14 years of experience in the field of material handling, Tiffany has dedicated a significant portion of her career to both development and leadership roles, primarily focusing on automating engineering processes. Her deep-rooted interest in creating and enhancing automation processes has always been a driving force in her professional journey. Drawing upon her extensive mechanical engineering background, she possesses valuable insights into the intricate mechanics of individual components and their seamless integration within larger systems. This perspective has proven invaluable in her transition to the world of software development and has further fueled her passion for optimizing automation processes.

Donny is a Vault / PLM Application Engineer at KETIV. With over 22 years of experience in the mechanical field, he is an expert Application Engineer. Donny works to assist customers with Vault implementation/configuration, Vault quarterly maintenance, and Vault troubleshooting.

Jose is an Application Engineer on the Data Management team. With over 8 years of experience, Jose came to KETIV from the manufacturing industry and trained as a CAD admin, and now he is our expert on the day-to-day processes of Vault users. Jose ensures manufacturers fully understand their Vault implementation and are applying it correctly.

Quentin is a Senior Application Engineer on the Support team at KETIV. With over 20 years of manufacturing experience in drafting and design, Quentin comes to KETIV from Autodesk! He is an expert in professional 3D computer-aided design with a solid understanding of process plant design utilizing 3D modeling software and piping and instrumentation diagrams. He has specific specialties in: – Plant 3D and P&IDT – Trained/Instructed CAD in educational/work environment As a member of our Support team, Quentin works to ensure that customer’s training needs are met and that their software runs smoothly.

With over 15 years in the manufacturing industry, Joshua joins the Design Automation team with a long-term background ranging from oil and gas, industrial air handling, and aerospace. Josh is an expert in design automation, Autodesk and Tacton software, and more.

With an Advanced CAM Certification in FeatureCAM, Brian is both an Application Engineer and Customer Success Manager, responsible for the success of KETIV’s Streamline clients.

Nicole is an Autodesk Certified Instructor and has been strong advocate for AutoCAD Electrical since 2005. Her Civil multi-discipline design background has given her the understanding of the some of the pains that documenting controls schematics present. She has made it her mission to help customers eliminate these pains and reduce the time it takes to produce their controls documentation. In her role as manager, Nicole is the escalation point for all products with specialization in Electrical, Inventor, Plant 3D, P&ID and AutoCAD.
